Tishbi winery option for breakfast and wine tasting:

The Tishbi Winery Visitors Center is close to the winery itself on the picturesque and winding road between Binyamina and Zichron Yaakov, and looks out over the winery’s vineyards. The Visitors Center offers a rural atmosphere and a warm welcome. It includes a store which offers a large range of Tishbi wines, wine accessories, wine preserves made from our wines, olive oil, Valrhona chocolates, and seasonings from the winery BBQ Garage trademark. A unique attraction of the Tishbi Winery Visitors Center is our “filling station” for wine and olive oil. Visitors are invited to bring with them their own bottles and fill them from giant tanks, and to pay at a price per liter.

A visit to “Eyal winery”

 Eyal Winery was founded by Eyal Ohayon and is located in Moshav Givat Nili on the slopes of Mount Carmel. The wines are produced from family-owned vineyards planted around the moshav. The winery’s goal is to produce wines from grapes grown only in this area and in limited quantities that will allow for supervision and personal contact in all processes while striving for the highest quality

Drive to the Picturesque town “Bat Shlomo” to visit Bat Shlomo winery

Bat Shlomo is named after Baron Betty van Rothschild’s mother, Shlomo’s daughter. Bat Shlomo Vineyards strives to preserve Betty’s unique character as a philanthropist and socialite, as well as the vision and work of the first pioneers in the Land of Israel. The ancient colony of Bat Shlomo is actually one street with 13 houses, a synagogue and a mikveh, and a small school that still stands today

In 2010, Eli Wortman, a Zionist high-tech entrepreneur, and Ari Earl, a winemaker from Napa Valley, USA, joined forces and founded Bat Shlomo Vineyards, breathing new life into the story of the Bat Shlomo settlement. 45 dunams of vineyards were planted and the land was given new life. Bat Shlomo Vineyards is an interesting combination of ancient winemaking techniques and contemporary knowledge to create exceptional wines that represent modern-day Israel alongside the Zionist legacy of Baron Rothschild.
